HOW WE DO IT:
Oaks has two approaches to assist our clients.
The first one, a client can have an existing but undeveloped property. We will sit down with you in such a scenario to listen to your ideal home plan. We will then work with you to draw a plan that fits and suits your budget and dream. Once we agree on the design, Oaks will sign a contract with you to take up the construction work. Our agreement will entail an affordable budget and realistic project timelines to see your aspirations of becoming a homeowner come true.
In the second case, you do not have land to build on. Oaks has a disposable prime parcel of land and partners that we work with, and thus according to your budget, we will help you identify an exceptional lot of land on which we will help you develop.
